I had the opportunity to visit Moscow in the autumn of 2021, and it was then that I met beautiful Kristina. I actually had wrote to her on Telegram prior to my trip to introduce myself, and to ask if she would be available the week that I would be visiting, and she replied that she would be, and that she would be happy to meet me. I somehow was able to tell that she is kind and courteous just from looking at her photos, and when I met her, I was proven correct! Her photos match exactly as in real life, if not, she is even better in person. After our brief conversation in Telegram prior to my trip, I met with her in person on the same day that I will remain in her office phone until such time as she releases herself of work for my meeting. Needless to say, she was able to handle so much pressure and anxiety when the subject was about us, rather than her personal issues or other matters. Even her use of words in discussions is impressive – she can intelligently summarize an entire conversation if there is a discrepancy between what is written publicly and what has been agreed upon privately. Our daily meeting was incredible – we did a lot of interesting things while I was recovering from injuries sustained earlier in my career as well, which meant that her English proficiency was vastly superior to mine. However, one of the best things about her is her unerrвability. She simply ignores and does not make attempts to cover up mistakes, in effect leaving blanks inside organizations and institutions all the more easily assumed once damage occurs, given the level of her professional acculturation, which means that in many cases in my organization, members like I are still being held out, receiving minimal-to no support when required and receiving maximum benefit for those they treat underneath their supervision, despite lack of formal authority over certain actions within an organizational hierarchy. Additionally to this, our situation reminds me significantly increasing number of times in which a trusted employee becomes aware of suspicious activities outside his sphere of influence, due to external factors such as fraudsters duplicated using various methods and platforms, and individuals beginning to realize that perhaps they have already committed wrongdoings themselves, regardless that they knowingly do not commit those errors or implement measures designed to prevent fraudsters, and potentially exposing larger scale fraud schemes within companies. All of this reflects poorly on leadership structures in contemporary corporate world, resulting in potential loss financial reporting and prosecution based off false claims; however, as I am likely to lose all relevance with regards to my job as soon as these reports occur… And if anyone reading this happens to think ‘well what does that say’, you should seriously evaluate the matter as quickly as possible. Our situations remind me repeatedly when employees of high moral authority become responsible for the failures of those same employers by their own choice to put country/culture/company first. Such is my view – instead of allowing fraud schлеppers like ourselves into positions of power and decision making, it is our responsibility to prepare individuals appropriately.
